A SHORT FILM ESSAY

An open-air film showcase inspired by the agora, fostering dialogue and community. It features diverse cinematic works designed to spark public debate on their themes, enriched by photography exhibits and live musical performances.

A CASTLE AS LOCATION

The Castle of Moniga del Garda, dating back to the 14th-15th century, is one of the best-preserved fortifications in Valtenesi. Built to protect locals from raids and conflicts, it features crenellated walls, corner towers, and an inner village, with some homes still in use today.

PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBITION

Each evening includes a photography exhibition displayed on the castle walls, allowing the audience to enjoy it during social moments. Midway through the evening, the featured artist presents their work to the public.

LIVE MUSIC PERFORMANCE

Before the screenings, we host a 20-minute live music performance to highlight independent musicians. We proudly support them not only artistically but also financially, encouraging the creation of original music.

SCREENINGS AND DEBATES

As night falls, the screenings begin. After each short film, there is a 10-15 minute discussion with the filmmakers when present or via video, followed by a conversation with the audience.
